KMA Commercial Real Estate was founded in 2022 by Kevin P. McLaughlin. McLaughlin, a 21-year veteran in the Industry, has completed over 800 transactions in 17 different States throughout his career.
With an extensive history in Industrial and Office Brokerage over the last two decades. McLaughlin created KMA CRE to specifically offer Tenant Representation and Land/Investment Acquisition Services to Industrial Users and Developers nationwide.
Prior to KMA Commercial Real Estate, McLaughlin served as Executive Managing Director | Principal of Newmark’s St. Louis office since 2015. In addition, Kevin is a proud member of SIOR, and licensed in both Missouri and Illinois.

The Five (5) Building Portfolio, made up of 649,000 SF, sold for a then record Cap Rate in the St. Louis Market.

McLaughlin successfully represented Griffin Capital, in the lease negotiations with United Healthcare at 13500 Riverport Drive in St. Louis, Missouri. The 190,000 SF Class A Building was leased to United Healthcare for a 10 year term.
